CFB Announces NYC Debate Schedule

The New York City Campaign Finance Board has announced a debate schedule for citywide races.

The democratic candidates for mayor will have their first debate on Wednesday, August 21 at 7 p.m. The first debate for Republicans will be on August 28, 7 p.m.

WNYC is among the 15 media and civic partners the CFB chose to sponsor the debates. The station will broadcast not only the August 21st debate, but also those for Public Advocate and Comptroller candidates. See the full debate schedule here.
