3D Map: Virtual Tour of NYC Under Flood Waters

What would the FEMA flood zones released this week look like flooded with water? Now you can see.

The investigative website ProPublica built a 3-D viewer using data from past and proposed FEMA zones, along with Sandy flooding data.
