Construction Takes the Hit

Two representatives from the city's construction unions talk about cutting labor costs and even pooling pension funds to help move along stalled projects all over the city. Louis Coletti is the chief executive of the Building Trades Employers Association and Edward Malloy is president of the New York State Building and Construction Trades Council.
