According to a vision for high-speed rail from Amtrak updated with tons of renderings and slick new images of a bullet train future, this is what American high-speed rail will look like, at least from Washington, D.C. to Boston.

Better late than never, but this is what high-speed trains looked like in Europe in 1990!

Who's concept is this? Who will be manufacturer? Let's start there with a real concept, before we get all stereotyped out into some dreamland were be can't find our way back to reality. From the look of the art work its only five (5) units long, that's a bad beginning.
