flooding at 78th and East river the bldg at 555 has approx 3ft of water in the lobby!

Just noticed that the lights have gone out in the World Trade Center building....almost all of the Financial District is now dark. We're watching from Brooklyn Heights and this is the first time I've ever seen a black skyline across the river...
