Survey: Parents Risk Babies' Health By Feeding Them Solid Food Too Early

A new study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and published in latest edition of Pediatricsshows that parents are introducing solid foods into their babies' diets, sometimes far earlier than the recommended age of four to six months. Audie Cornish talks to Dr. Kelly Scanlon, lead epidemiologist in the nutrition branch at the CDC, a co-author of the study.
