Wonderful series! Please do not discard the whey drained from the homemade yoghurt. It is full of protein and very nutritious. Use it in soups, cakes, etc., or give it to your dog--she'll love it, but do not discard this valuable by-product of the yoghurt-making process.

Please keep this going with Julia Collin Davidson of America's Test Kitchen.
She is smart, funny, practical, and nails technique.
My test kitchen is a galley kitchen but I have just enough of the right tools.
Any chance JCD will participate in an ocean-focused episode?
