Karma:

The word "Karma" is a sanskrit word, adopted in English to mean "One's Deed" Good or Bad.

Actually, in the original context it has a three fold meaning:

1) "Action" - One's act itself, done knowingly or unknowingly, NOT the result of the act.
Today's context: You have full control of your Actions. Use that control wisely.

2) "Cyclic Nature" of the existence - The "Every Action has an equal an opposite Re-action" theory.
Today's context: Be careful of the actions you do it has an effect somewhere in the universe.

3)And finally, Concentrate on the process of keeping the Act (Deed) good - in harmony with the Nature,Society etc. Don't concentrate on the "Fruit" or Results, the result is not in our hands.

All three points collectively explains the single word "Karma"

Choice

Each person has a choice as to what kind of person they want to be. Their lives will be shaped by the choices they make in situations big and small.

Throughout life when one tries to understand how they arrived at a certain place, the path can always be traced back to the choices one makes.

Niche

Once college graduates increased their employability by mastering a generic set of mainstream skills such as accounting or becoming mainframe or Java programmers. In today's global markets off-shore companies often provide cheaper access to these skill sets. Graduates today should focus on more narrowly focused specialized skill sets.
