Listening to the show, which I enjoyed, I understood that you were asking for contributions of adapted recipes. I don't see a way to do that on this site. Please advise.

Edited recipes have the editor's mark on them, as well. For example, Amanda's new NYT Book has a distinct "Hesser Style" to them just as Ruth Reichl's Gourmet books are uniquely hers.
