There could be no such thing as a spoiler in a multi-candidate race if we were to adopt Approval Voting. A voter would be able to vote for any number of candidates. See http://www.electology.org/approval-voting and http://bcn.boulder.co.us/government/approvalvote/center.html.

what is independent about this guy's education policy? from the sounds of it, he has no independent ideas at all: just continue the mindless application of high stakes testing and big money funded charter school fueled privatization to NYC education, which he calls "innovations."

More cops on the beat is essential. Good on this guy for recognizing this.

Brian just stated the main problem with our K-12 education system when he said, "Getting our kids ready for college." No, the purpose of our high school system should be, as it once was, to get kids ready for WORK! Those who show the kind of capabilities for higher academic work should be prepped for college, but not the whole population!

The liberals have made going to college the end-all and be-all of our educational system, and that is the major flaw with it.

I don't vote because it's meaningless. Bloomberg bought his 3rd term. Why should we support pols who don't follow the rules we have set in place? Looking at you, city council losers.

Hi Brian,

Please ask the candidate his position on NYPD using drones in NYC airspace. Some municipalities have banned or limited drone use. Will there be any restrictions under his administration on how and when drones will be used overhead?

Thank you
