Vince Gill and Doug Green talk about their Western Swing band, The Time Jumpers. They were nominated for Grammy awards for Best Country Album and Best Vocal Performance by a Duo or Group – Country). Since 1998, The Time Jumpers have had a standing Monday night engagement in Nashville.

Regarding the photo: I haven't been to Nashville in many years and was wondering: when did it start to look like every other city? Makes me wish we really could jump back in time.

Don't cut out the saxophone from country. There have been some, a few, great cw songs with sax.

Loved Riders in the Sky; don't know why Time Jumpers should eschew the sax.

PS - Merle Haggard was first to revive Texas Swing with his LP A Tribute to Bob Wills in 1972.
