Mayor Koch speaks about his relation with the black community, after his [purportedly misquoted] sentence of "Jews and supporters of Israel would be crazy to vote for Jessie Jackson, just as blacks and supporters of black causes would be crazy to vote for George Bush." Koch expounds on Jewish and black voting. Talks about his management of the city and its budget, and his legacy. Koch expresses his faith in David Dinkins.
