Where's the audio from today's shows? Only the "Coastal Development" segment has audio on the page, and none of them are in iTunes.

The professor's opinion on LaVergne v. Bryson, please. Is there *really* a ratified yet un-enacted Amendment to the Constitution. It's under appeal (after dismissal of the original complaint) but many of us feel that Eugene LaVergne has a strong case.
