Before he was the 'Ambassador of the Great American Songbook' Michael Feinstein worked as Ira Gershwin's archivist. Today on Soundcheck, Feinstein -- whose new book is called The Gershwins And Me: A Personal History in Twelve Songs -- talks about his relationship with the songwriting legends, and the incredible staying power of their work.

Then, Neil Cowley -- the British pianist who played on Adele's mega hit "Rolling In The Deep" -- brings his jazz combo to the studio.
