I have a friend in Breezy who is living there with no light and no electric. They also have a house in Belle Harbor that was flooded. This
Belle Harbor house was a family home bought and paid for many years ago.
The Breezy Point house was built by their family after a lifetime of
working in a Cahtolic school. FEMA said they will only pay for the Breezy
Point home. My friend is a senior citizen and is in dire straits. Is there
anyone they can contact to help them?
