I am pretty sure the Irony Police showed up at the last debate when Romney told the President that complaining about the opponent is not an agenda.

They couldn't make an arrest because he there was no on there matching his description.

He wasn't texting. He was typing in drone strike coordinates. You have to be very precise when your target is only feet from you.
