Nets Win First Game at Barclays Center

The Nets won their first game in the team's new $1 billion Brooklyn home against the Washington Wizards on Monday night. 

The Brooklyn Nets eked out a 98-88 victory over the Wizards. They play cross-town rivals the Knicks during their regular season home opener on November 1.

The team that left New Jersey last season was last in the league for attendance during its final season at the Prudential Center in Newark.
