DNC Dispatch: It's My First Convention and I'm Pumped for Bill Clinton

Tuesday, September 04, 2012 - 02:31 PM

I'm really excited to feel the atmosphere of the people attending the convention. Of course, I would be able to hear the speeches from television but being able to gauge the reactions of the audience is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

The speaker I'm most excited about is President Bill Clinton - I can't wait to hear him speak, he's is incredibly intelligent and he understands the economy extremely well. I'm excited to hear Clinton speak about actual policy, something that was absent in the majority of the RNC.

His speech will hopefully lay out Obama's financial plan and make a strong case for his re-election. He will certainly counter the Republicans because of the list of credentials he can enumerate in terms of his economic experience.
