This year's Republican National Convention has been about the young new stars of the party and an obvious distancing from the Bush Era. The party's strategy did not, however, apply to former Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice, who spoke last night in Tampa. Although Rice has left politics to teach at Stanford, she remains the most popular figure from the Bush Administration.
