Years ago, after WWII, says WNYC’s Sara Fishko, two pianists named Horowitz and Rubinstein divided fans and defied all logic by sharing (sort of…) the music-world’s brightest spotlight.  (This edition of Fishko Files was produced in 2003 for the centenary of Vladimir Horowitz).
