This time on America’s Test Kitchen, we interview Ron Finley, the guerrilla gardener from South Los Angeles who fought city hall to turn empty lots into fruit and vegetable gardens. We’ll be tasting store-bought piecrust, and we’ll travel back in time to discover the origins of Chinese barbecue spareribs. Then we’ll head into the test kitchen to learn how to make grilled corn. And of course, we’ll be taking your calls to answer all of your cooking questions.
