One of the worst parts of Presidential elections is having to listen ad nauseum to what our ignorant brethren in the heartland are thinking. These swing states acquire their status because of a critical mass of credulous, ill-educated people that makes them susceptible to Republican messaging. I don't want to hear it.

Yes Mitt Romney is pro Business , but he is Pro Big Co-operate business. President has been more Small Business friendly and would do more for small business and middle class if the GOP lead congress will just get there act together

Brian, I do not know any serious Latinos who think Rubio is a good option. If you just listen to what he says, he makes no sense. His DREAM Act suggestion is not better than the deferred action and he think that if people did not like the Mass Health Care law they could just move to another state. Just like that, this is his mentality. That guy make no sense!

The Republicans appear to have convinced some middle and working class voters that, if reelected, the President will not be able to overcome opposition of the Republican Congress and gridlock, and the recession, will continue. In other words, the subtext of the Republican campaign, "Elect us, or else," is working with some voters. How can the Obama campaign convince voters that he is "tough enough" and "shrewd enough" to defeat Republican obstruction? The Republicans are holding the economy hostage; but merely telling people that is not enough; we have to offer a solution.

Romney ignores the facts of Bill Clinton's presidency -- he signed the largest tax increase in U.S. history which helped generate the first budget surplus in generations (and the economy soared). That illustrates one of the most troubling things about Romney - he just makes up "facts" (or worse, is really ignorant of the facts).
