Ani Cordero has played with artists as diverse as Los Lobos, Calexico and Neko Case and in 2000 moved to Brooklyn. Her sound is southwestern and indie all at once - a mixture that has found a place in the heavily collaborative borough of Brooklyn. "Guardasecretos" is a potent combination of enchanting vocals from Cordero and a hypnotizing classical guitar line.
