Romney may have a secret plan to replace PPACA? Like Nixon had a secret plan to get out of Vietnam (also during the campaign)?

What do the arguments really have to do with the outcome?

Decisions are set before either side open their mouths. Roberts is a corportatist, it maked perfect sense that he approved the mandate.

The corporate media may have been shocked by his vote, but few at Firedoglake were.

Furthermore, this court has put their foot in the door in limiting the Fed Govt's use of the commerce clause, which is how so much social spending is done in this country

Can someone please explain how families will actually experience the subsidy? Will we actually have lower monthly premiums? Or is it a tax rebate of some sort, that we'd have to struggle all year before we actually get?
How is this different than the rebate chart that has been circulating (that shows we'd get back $25?)

The corporate kickback of the mandate is preserved and the enforcement for Medicaid expansion is destroyed.

Why is anyone who truly follows this politicized court surprised that The Most Corporatist Judge approved?

The mandate is set in stone, while the alleged benefits will be whittled down year after year.
