Last week the U.K.'s Supreme Court dismissed Julian Assange's bid to reopen his appeal against extradition to Sweden for questioning over alleged sex crimes. Due to his fear of extradition from Sweden to the U.S. to face charges over WikiLeaks, for which he could face the death penalty, he has chosen to break his bail conditions to occupy the Ecuador embassy in London.
