Vikram Gandhi discusses making his film “Kumaré.” Starting out as a documentary about the yoga industry, Ghandi changed his tactics, creating an alter ego, growing his beard, dressing in robes and moving to Phoenix to become Kumaré, a wise guru from the East.  “Kumaré “ opens at the IFC Center on June 20.

This is proof positive that you can create your own job. Here's a guy that made a job for himself and a movie too. Nice that his "gig" employed others as well.

In the old days, there was a saying that sociologists have discovered that in the U.S. you should be able to get 60 people to join any group, but you need to deduct 3 for the sociologists studying the group.
