Ólöf Arnalds in the Soundcheck studio

Ólöf Arnalds sings in Icelandic and in English. But how does she decide which language to use for which song? Why, the songs tell her, of course!

There are only 300,000 people in Iceland, but there are so many musicians: Björk and Sigur Rós come to mind. Björk in fact sang back up for Arnalds once.

Watch Arnalds perform "Call It What You Want," live in the Soundcheck studio.
