First segment: Theodore Pascure, a student at Franklin High School appeals to parents in East Harlem in support of neighborhood cleanup projects undertaken by the Otis Youth Builders. Recommendations include covering trash cans, getting dumbwaiters fixed, cleaning hallways and gutters.
Second segment: Sanitation commissioner Powell speaks on the work of the Department of Sanitation and appeals to the people of East Harlem to maintain their neighborhoods through the same recommendations as previous. He commends the Otis Youth Builders for their efforts.
Each segment is repeated.
