In pleading guilty, Hevesi points a finger at Morris

From Andrew Cuomo's press release announcing Alan Hevesi pleading guilty to the pension fund scandal:

"Hevesi knew that [Hank] Morris had solicited Hevesi campaign contributions
from those doing business with the pension fund. Hevesi also admitted
knowing that, during his tenure as Comptroller, Morris was
simultaneously a paid placement agent in connection with pension fund
investments and that Morris steered pension fund investments to friends
and political associates."
