Under the Home Path program, buyers must provide a minimum 3-percent down payment; making this a good choice for buyers who do not have the necessary funds for conventional financing. A major perk is borrowers can utilize funds obtained from outside sources to meet the down payment requirement. FHA is the only other program that allows down payment assistance.

Remember how Poland disappeared for hundreds of years: rich magnates allowed "their parts" of Poland to be united with powerful neighbors -- Russia, Prussia, and Austria-Hungary. Never to be whole again until after the first world war.

The so-called bourgeois democracy extreme - the libertarian, Rand, hyper-individualism model, is just has dangerous as soviet Marxism was - because it doesn't take into fact, that the "rich" and powerful will always usurp and co-opt the state, regardless.

Perhaps the 'occupy movement' is trying to find a leader/mentor for it's supposedly 'leaderless movement'...and think that Rousseau is the the originator of their brand of Marxist/Leninist theory.

"Occupy Rousseau" seems like a misnomer considering that "occupy" is inherently and antagonistic notion. How do you occupy Rousseau a "liberal" thinker?

Can Rousseau be read without Hobbes?
