Alexander Payne on "The Descendants" and Filmmaking

Director Alexander Payne talks about his career as a filmmaker (directing “Election,” “About Shmidt,” and “Sideways,” among others) and his latest film, “The Descendants,” which stars George Clooney as a widower dealing his wife’s catastrophic injury in a boating accident and is trying being a better father to his two daughters.

I'm from Omaha and live in the tri-state area and my ears always tune in to the words, "Omaha, Nebraska." Loved About Shmidt and all the familiar locations. Can't wait to see the Decendants.
