I said many months, if not a few years back right here, that the solution to the economic crisis is to liquidate suburbia ("the American dream") and move people back into the cities where they belong! Suburbia, and its high maintenance and gasoline costs, are what really destroyed America over the last 40 years. It was all build in a deep foundation of DEBT that finally gave way. That's all.

Wow, the National Assn of Realtors overstated the number of homes sold by millions. You know why? Because realtors are the biggest liars on the planet and a lot of the collapse of the real estate market can be traced to their greed and lies.

With rentals up, expect rent control protections across the country to get gutted.
