Some 62,000 homes and businesses in Connecticut are still without electricity more than a week after the surprise October snowstorm knocked out power.
Chief Operating Officer Jeffrey Butler at Connecticut Light & Power said service might not be restored to everyone until Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Jersey Central Power & Light said it has restored electricity to all its customers that lost power in the pre-Halloween storm. Power has now been restored to everyone in the state.
