a visa for investors who come to america and buy real estate?

so they can buy it, borrow against it to buy cars, boats and jewelry and extract cash to purchase real estate in their "home" countries -- then move back to mexico, ecuador and china?

cuz that would describe the last decade in this somerset county, new jersey borough... some even took the water pipes.

foreign investors -- WITH LEGAL STATUS -- should be welcome. their skin is in the game. shady foreign borrowers, eh...not so much?
