Regents Board Approves Grading Ban

New York's Board of Regents has approved a ban against teachers' grading their own students' state standardized tests.  The ban is part of an effort to stop cheating on the exams, which not only determine a student's educational success but also factor into teachers' and principals' evaluations.  WNYC's Amy Eddings talks to reporter Sharon Otterman of the New York Times and
