This SCOTUS has NOTHING to do with free speech, but ONLY about corp interests. So if someone can make a buck by making violent video games, that's perfectly OK. But if someone points out the lawlessness and slaughter that is USG policy, SCOTUS would find nothing wrong with USG assassinating, imprisoning permanently without due process, torturing, or imposing any other draconian measures the USG should wish to do.

You asked "Under what part of the Constitution is the individual mandate being challenged."

That is not how the Constitution is supposed to work!!!!!

The question should be "Under what part of the Constitution does the government have the authority to impose the individual mandate."
