Today, Muslim-Americans will be feasting and celebrating across the country for Eid al-Fitr, the last day of the holy month of Ramadan. They will do so happily, according to a recent Pew Research Center poll that showed that Muslim-Americans are largely more satisfied with the United States than the general population. Fifty-six percent reported that they feel "satisfied" with the country, while only 23 percent of others polled said the same.

Aman Ali and Bassam Tariq have spent the past month of Ramadan traveling for a video project they call "30 Mosques in 30 Days." They spoke with the program earlier this month about their project. They agree with the results of the poll and talk about why.
