Look | New York City's Inaugural Dîner en Blanc

The city’s first Dîner en Blanc (White Dinner) took place at the World Financial Center on Thursday. Despite rain earlier in the day, the weather held out for the 1,000 attendees.

New York organizer Daniel Laporte said that, during the 23 years the dinner has happened, the crowds have always carried on regardless of inclement weather.

I believe those pictures are from Battery Park City, not South Street Seaport....You should double check.
