Every day in Bryant Park, next week, you can hear pianist Roy Eaton perform rags by Scott Joplin.  WNYC’s Sara Fishko has more on Joplin, the man who brought ragtime into the light.

 

 

Roy Eaton will perform Joplin rags in five lunch time concerts next week at The Piano in Bryant Park series.

  • Monday, August 1st: 12:30 PM in the Upper Terrace
  • Tuesday. August 2nd: 12:30 PM in the Upper Terrace
  • Wednesday, August 3rd: 12:30 PM in the Upper Terrace
  • Thursday, August 4th: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM in the Upper Terrace
  • Friday, August 5th: 12:30 PM in the Upper Terrace
