it's baffling how willing people are to assume the elections in egypt will turn out like we in america want them to.

the muslim brotherhood is an extremely powerful organization with a lot of popular support. it also happens to be a terrorist organization, with offshoots including hamas.

so what if egypt in 2011 turns out like gaza in 2006? are we prepared?
