Live on Soundcheck: Beans

Tuesday, February 22, 2011

The Brooklyn-based rapper who is the frontman of the alt-hip-hop group Anti-Pop Consortium—yes we're talking about Beans—recently stopped by WNYC's Soundcheck studios. Known for his fast-flowing style, Beans considered quitting the rap game after releasing his 2008 record, Thorns.

But he couldn't stop making music and is poised to unveil his new album, End It All, soon. The album features guest producers for the first time. Check out his performance of "Electric Eliminator" at WNYC below.
