Edith Pearlman, winner of three O. Henry Prizes, discusses her new collection of short stories, Binocular Vision: New and Selected Stories. It includes 21 vintage stories and 13 new ones, set around the world, from Jerusalem to Central America, from tsarist Russia to London during the Blitz, from Manhattan, to the Maine coast.
