Cuomo's Budget Proposal for New York: Read It Here

Take a look at Governor Andrew Cuomo's State of New York 2011-2012 Executive Budget Book. He is proposing a $132.9 billion budget that would cut Medicaid funding by two percent and school aid by 2.9 percent.

Governments job is to create an environment for jobs creation which is attractive to new businesses. Cut 20% across the board this year and look to fine tune cuts every year there after.
