Now for something completely different... Boisterous and nimble, rambunctious and precise, strange and exciting, the music of Alex Lukashevsky is fascinating, compelling, original, and fun.

Alex is based in Toronto, where he's revered by folks who care about good music, such as Owen Pallett (Final Fantasy) who arranged and recorded an album of Alex's songs in 2008 ("Plays to Please"). Host David Garland welcomes Alex Lukashevsky to the WNYC Studio for a rare New York performance of his uncategorizable songs. Singing with him are Felicity Williams and Daniela Gesundheit.
