Find out what film left a lasting impression on Deborah Treisman, and some of her other favorite things after her recent appearance on The Leonard Lopate Show.

What have you read or seen lately (book, film, play etc . . .) that moved or surprised you?

I don’t get to see movies all that often, but “127 Hours” had me wincing – images from it kept popping up for days afterwards.

What’s the last great book you read?

Unfortunately I don’t get to read books—with covers—these days—it’s all manuscripts, on paper or onscreen.
