Non-farm employment grew by 151,000. While some 14.8 million people remain out of work, the data suggests some are still finding new jobs, suggesting continued reason for cautious optimism on the job front. 

Former airline worker Richard Iritano, who remains unemployed since March, came on the show today to speak about his own experience. But there are also those who have been able to find work in the last month.
