Backstory: The Fed's Balance Sheet

Yesterday the Federal Reserve announced it was buying $600 billion dollars in Treasury Bonds. We’ll find out why and what else is currently on the Fed’s swelling balance sheet on today’s Backstory segment. We’ll speak with Ryan Avent, online economics editor for The Economist.

That balance sheet is going to explode. We are headed for danger. I track gold and silver spots with the app http://www.learcapital.com/exactprice and I haven't seen a move in silver like that in a long time. Both are exploding over the news this QE2.
