Jesus Gonzalez, I could not have said it any better myself. If the mayor does not even attempt to change things in the high schools of NYC he should think twice about his position. Many students struggle with succeeding in a traditional high school because of supplies, teachers, regulations and classes. We need change and if it means making all high schools in NYC similar to alternative high schools then so be it.
