A visit to the Willets Point Industrial Area in Queens, where about 260 small businesses face pressure to sell or be shut down by eminent domain as a major redevelopment project looms.

Rudi Rosario stands in front of his auto repair shop at Willets Point. Rosario says he agrees the city needs to develop, but that it should address the needs of an estimated 1,300 workers who depend on Willets Point for their family's livelihood.
