Do you ever wish that guy who just elbowed you in the face on the subway didn't have that grating baritone? Of course you do; everything is just a little more bearable in the tiny voices of children. This series, which aired from 1947-1952, interviews an adorable age range of young New Yorkers about ways they can "make democracy work" in their own lives. Lose yourself in these archived recordings when you just have to forget the frazzled, rent-hungry adults who inhabit the city.
